Setting up your email on your computer is very easy and you will probably be able to do it by yourself after we guide you through it once. For step-by-step help on how to setup your email on your computer, please schedule a phone tutorial session with us (existing clients only) or read below.

1. First, open Microsoft Outlook 2007 on your computer.
2. Choose to create a new e-mail account.
Tools > Account Settings > Email > New...
3. When you see the following screen, make sure you check the box that says "Manually configure server settings or additional server types."
4. Choose the Internet E-mail option
5. Fill in all the fields with the settings we gave you. Make sure you select IMAP as your e-mail account type.
6. Click the More Settings... button (see the red star in the screenshot above) and then enter your login credentials again inside the Outgoing Server tab.
7. Click the Advanced tab and change the outgoing server to 26.
8. You are now finished setting up your email.

1. First, open Mac Mail on your computer.
2. Add a new e-mail account.
File > Add Account...
3. Fill in your name, e-mail address and password.
4. Select the IMAP account type option and fill in the incoming mail server, username and password with the information we gave you.
5. Next step is very similar to the previous step. Fill in the outgoing mail server, username and password with the information we gave you (should be same as above.)
6. Confirm that everything is correct and create the account.
7. Go to your preferences and click on the accounts tab. Then, click on the advanced tab.
Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Advanced
8. From the preferences/accounts/advanced area, un-check the "Use SSL" box. This will change your port to the correct port.
9. Now go back to the account information tab and find your outgoing mail server from the drop down menu.
10. Change your port to 26 and disable SSL.
11. You are now finished setting up your email.
