BDQWorks does not, and will not outsource any work to other companies.
Before each (corporate package) website project, we always write a detailed contract for your company. The purpose of this contract is to protect your company. You are free to request any additional lines to be included in the contract for your own protection.
If your project is not finished by the estimated due date, we will not charge you extra costs (so far, this has never happened before.) We also provide up to 15 days of free revision period after your project is finished.
You own your new website. We will also help your web development team manage it on their own and become independent, if you desire. Website maintenance by BDQWorks is optional.
We always train our clients how to manage and update their own website. It's part of the corporate website package. We will help you do as much as you want, on your own. If you want us to update and maintain your website for you, we're more than happy to do that as well.
If you host your website with us, we will take care of all the file management tasks, website troubleshooting and email configurations for free. We also offer managed Cloud VPS hosting.
